Invitations Kit

Invitations Kit provides ready made invitation layouts for different types of events and announcements. Each layout gives you a clear structure for event details such as title, date, time, venue, and short descriptions, so you can create neat and well presented invitations inside Vani.

The layouts in Invitations Kit cover:

  • Celebrations

  • Corporate events

  • Themed events

  • Announcements

  • Educational events

  • Community gatherings

How to add Invitations Kit to the toolbar  

  1. Click the Marketplace button at the bottom of the left toolbar.

  2. In the Marketplace, select the Personal category.

  3. Find Invitations Kit in the list.

  4. Click Add to toolbar. Invitations will now appear in your left toolbar.

To remove it, open the Kit in Marketplace again and click Remove.


How to use Invitations Kit  

  1. Click Invitations in the left toolbar.

  2. Choose the layout type that matches your need, for example Celebrations, Corporate events, Themed events, Announcements, Educational events, or Community gatherings.

  3. Drag the selected layout into your Space.

  4. Click on the text fields and replace the sample content with your own event details.

  5. Adjust wording, fonts, and colors if required to match your event style.

  6. Add supporting visuals, icons, or shapes if you want to highlight specific information.

  7. Duplicate the frame if you need multiple versions of the same invitation.


What Invitations Kit is used for  

Invitations Kit is intended for creating:

  • Celebration invitations such as parties or special occasions

  • Corporate event invitations such as meetings, launches, or internal functions

  • Themed event invitations where design and tone follow a specific theme

  • Announcement cards for sharing important updates or information

  • Invitations for educational events such as workshops, talks, or sessions

  • Community gathering invites for meetups, local events, or group activities

All layouts are structured so the key details of the event are easy to read and understand.


How to export invitations  

  1. Click Export from the right toolbar.

  2. Select the frame that contains your invitation design.

  3. Choose PNG or PDF as the export format.

Alternatively, rightclick the frame and select Download.
