Media
You can add images, videos, GIFs, and audio clips, and can directly record and add voice notes to your Space. Go to Media Library on the Toolbar to add Media.
Add image
To add a new image/GIF to the Space, click the Add Image button in the Image tab. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop the images into the Space from your system. JPEG, PNG, GIF formats can be uploaded in the Space.
Upload audio clip
Click Upload audio clip in the Audio tab and select an audio clip from your system to add it. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop an audio clip into the Space from your system.
MP3, WAV, M4A formats are accepted in the Space.
Record and upload a voice note
To record an audio, click Record a voice note in the Audio tab. Once you are done, click the stop button to add the note to the Space. You can record up to 15 minutes in a single voice note.
You can also choose to close the media tab, and continue working on the Space while you are recording the voice note, a floating pane will appear on the screen in this case.
The recorded notes will be available in the Media Library for future use across other Zones in this Space.
Upload video
To upload a video to the Space, click the box under Video or drag your videos directly to the Space.
Image Format tools
To access the format tools, select the image and click More from the QAT.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, there is a size limit for uploading individual media files.
In the Free plan, the maximum limit for uploading an image is 10MB, an audio file is 100 MB and a video file is 200 MB.
In the Team plan, the maximum limit for uploading an image is 100MB, an audio file is 500 MB and a video file is 500 MB.
