How do Pricing work for Vani subscriptions? | FAQs

Pricing FAQs

What is the difference between the Free plan and the Team plan?

A: We offer a generous Free plan for teams with four or fewer members that are just starting out. But if you're a close-knit team looking to work better together, you'll find a lot of value in our Team plan. We're also working on bringing advanced tables, audit trails, stacks, external sharing, and additional integrations to the Team plan soon. Compare plans.

Will you have monthly or annual subscription options after the beta?

A: Yes, we offer both annual and monthly subscription options. You can get the Team plan for $4 per month per teammate on an annual subscription, or $5 per month per teammate on a monthly subscription. This means you get 20% off if you choose the annual subscription.

Will I get a refund if I cancel the annual plan midway?

A: Yes, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. For example, if you cancel during the third month, you'll be billed for three months (at the monthly billing rate) and refunded the rest.

How many admins can there be in a team?

A: There is no limit to the number of admins on any plan. However, in the Free plan, there can only be four teammates in total.

Once I invite my teammate, how do they access Vani?

A: All they'll need to do is sign up for Vani and join the team. Once they've done this, they'll have access to all the Spaces you have shared with the team. Find out more about signing up

My team size is above 50; will I still be able to use Vani?

A: There is no limit to the number of teammates in the Team plan. However, Vani works the best for close-knit teams. So, if your team is really particularly large, smaller, more focused teams can still create Spaces of their own and work together. You can also consider getting multiple Team plans for each focused team.

We are a large company but we have multiple smaller teams. Can we create subteams in Vani?

A: This is something we are currently working on. For now, smaller, more focused teams can create their own Spaces where they can work independently. However, we eventually plan to bring out an Org plan where you will be able to manage multiple teams within your organization.
