Signing up for Vani
You can sign up for Vani using your email address or one of the available sign-in options. During signup, you will choose a plan and set up your organization or team before entering Vani.
Ways to sign up for Vani
You can sign up for Vani in any of the following ways:
- From the Vani website
- Directly through the signup page
- Through an invitation sent by someone from your organization or team
Sign up for a Vani account
- Go to the Vani signup page.
- Enter your first name, last name, email address, and password.
- Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Click Sign up.
Note: You can also use one of the available sign-in options shown on the page.
Choose a plan
After signing up, select the plan you want to start with.
Vani currently offers:
- Free – For individuals or small teams
- Team – For growing teams
- Business – For organizations managing multiple teams
Select a plan and click Continue.
Accept an invitation (if available)
If you signed up using an invitation link, or if you have pending invites, you will see them after signing up.
- Review the invitations shown on the screen.
- Click Accept to join an organization or team.
- Click Decline if you do not want to join.
If you have multiple invitations, you can choose which ones to accept.
If you prefer to set up your own, click Create organization.
Create your organization or team
If you are not joining an existing organization/team, you can create your own.
For the Business plan
- Enter an organization name.
- Enter a team name.
- Click Continue.
Your organization and its first team will be created.
For the Team plan
- Enter a team name.
- Click Continue.
Your team will be created.
Start using Vani
After setup, you will be taken to the Spaces dashboard.
From here, you can:
- Create Spaces
- Invite people
- Start collaborating
