Signing up for Vani

You can sign up for Vani in any of these ways:

1. From our website at vanihq.com
2. Directly through app.vanihq.com/signup
3. Through an invitation sent by someone from your team
   

Signing up via the website or the signup page

1. Go to vanihq.com and click Sign up, or head directly to app.vanihq.com/signup
2. Enter your email and create a password.
1. You can also sign up using your Google, Microsoft, Apple, LinkedIn, Zoho, or other supported accounts.
3. You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) in your email. Enter this code to verify your account.
   

After signing up:

1. If you’ve been invited to other teams, you’ll see a list of those invites and can choose to join them.
2. If you haven’t been invited to any teams, you’ll be asked to create a new team.
   

Once you're part of a team, you can start creating Spaces and inviting teammates.

Signing up via an email invite

If someone has invited you to their team on Vani:

1. Click the link in your email invite.
2. Fill in your signup details (or log in using a supported account).

If you have invites from multiple teams, you’ll be shown the list and can choose which ones to join.
