Tagging Spacemates on the Space
You can tag your Spacemates to quickly get their attention on any part of the Space. Tagging sends them a notification, making it easy to collaborate and follow up on tasks.
To tag someone:
- Type @ followed by their name.
- Choose the correct person from the list that appears.
Where you can tag Spacemates:
- Directly on the canvas
- Inside sticky notes
- In shapes or templates
- In table cells
- In comments
What happens when you tag someone:
- They receive an in-app notification in the Notifications pane at the top-right corner.
- They also get an email letting them know they’ve been tagged in the Space.
You can only tag people who are already added to the Space.
