How to mention Spacemates in Vani

Tagging Spacemates on the Space

You can tag your Spacemates to quickly get their attention on any part of the Space. Tagging sends them a notification, making it easy to collaborate and follow up on tasks.

To tag someone:

  1. Type @ followed by their name.
  2. Choose the correct person from the list that appears.

Where you can tag Spacemates:

  1. Directly on the canvas
  2. Inside sticky notes
  3. In shapes or templates
  4. In table cells
  5. In comments

What happens when you tag someone:

  1. They receive an in-app notification in the Notifications pane at the top-right corner.
  2. They also get an email letting them know they’ve been tagged in the Space.

Notes
You can only tag people who are already added to the Space.
