Embedding your Space on other platforms

Just as you can bring in ideas from other platforms into Vani, you can also embed your Vani Spaces on other tools that support embeds.
This helps you showcase your work or share context seamlessly with others while still controlling who can view or interact with the Space.

Copy the embed code

To embed a Space:
  1. Click Share at the top-right corner or from the Menu.
  2. Click Get embed code, in the Collaborator pane.
  3. Toggle on Allow embed.
  4. Choose the right permission level under Who can access.
  5. (Optional) Switch on Show Flows if you want to include Flows in the embed.
  6. Click Copy embed to copy the code.
You can now paste this embed code into any external platform that supports embeds.

Who can view the embed?

The embed will only be visible to users who already have access to the Space. It follows the same sharing rules:
  1. If your Space is shared only with Spacemates, only they can view it.
  2. If a Spacemate has limited access to certain Zones, those restrictions will apply in the embed too.
  3. If the Space is shared with external users, they can view the embed if their permissions allow it.
