Emoji reactions

Emojis are a quick and expressive way to respond to your teammates’ work. Whether you're sharing feedback, voting on an idea, or just reacting to something fun, emojis help make collaboration more interactive.
You can react to almost any object in a Space, including frames, text boxes, sticky notes, shapes, images and GIFs, tables, audio clips, and voice notes.

To add an emoji reaction:

  1. Select the object you want to react to.
  2. Click the Add Reaction icon from the Quick Access Toolbar.
  3. Choose an emoji.

What happens next

  1. The emoji appears below the selected object.
  2. If multiple people react with the same emoji, the count increases.
  3. If different emojis are used, all of them appear below the object.
  4. Hovering over an emoji shows who reacted with it.
  5. Clicking an existing emoji adds your own reaction to it.
  6. Clicking your own reaction again removes it.

Reactions are visible to everyone in the Space, helping teams stay in sync without needing full conversations.
