Create a Database Table

Create database tables in Vani to capture and manage structured data inside your Space. You can start with a template, create a new table, or import existing data.

Create a table from a template  

  1. Click Database table from the left sidebar.

  2. Browse or search for a template.

  3. Select a template.

  4. The table will be added to your Space


Create an empty table  

  1. Open Database table.

  2. Click Create table.

  3. A blank table will be inserted into your Space.

Import data using CSV  

  1. Open Database table.

  2. Click Import CSV.

  3. Upload your file.

  4. The data will be added as a table.


Add rows  

  • Click the + icon at the bottom-left of the table. A new row will be added

Add columns  

  1. Click the + icon at the top-right corner of the table.

  2. A new column is added to the right.

  3. Configure the column as required.
