What is a database table?  

A database table is a structured grid made up of:

  • Rows – Individual records (for example, a task or entry)

  • Columns – Fields that define the type of data (such as Status, Assignee, or Due date)

Where to find database tables  

  1. Open the left sidebar.

  2. Click Database table.

  3. Browse or search for templates.


Available template categories

  • Customer Support

  • IT & Services

  • People & HR

  • Knowledge Management

  • Finance & Procurement

Selecting a template inserts the table directly into your Space.
