Manage a Database Table

Manage database tables in Vani to update, organize, and refine your data. You can edit columns, sort records, apply filters, and search within the table.

Edit columns  

  1. Click a column header.

  2. Select an option:

    • Edit column

    • Sort ascending

    • Sort descending

    • Duplicate

    • Hide

    • Delete


Sort data  

  1. Click the Sort icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select a column.

  3. Choose Ascending or Descending.

  4. (Optional) Add multiple sorting rules.


Filter data  

  1. Click the Filter icon.

  2. Select a column.

  3. Choose a condition (for example, Contains).

  4. Enter a value.

Search records  

  • Use the Search bar to find specific entries


Notes  

  • Sorting and filtering can be used together

  • Multiple filters can be applied simultaneously

  • Hidden columns can be restored at any time
