DFD Kit provides elements used to create Data Flow Diagrams, which map how information moves within a system. It includes process shapes, data stores, external sources, and connectors that help you explain how data enters, flows through, and exits a process.

How to add DFD Kit to the toolbar  

1. Open the Marketplace.

2. Select the Diagramming category.

3. Choose DFD Kit.

4. Click Add to toolbar.

To remove it, reopen the Kit and select Remove.

1. Open DFD from the left toolbar.

2. Drag elements such as processes, data stores, or external entities into your Space.

3. Use connectors to show the direction and flow of data.

4. Add labels to describe each part of the workflow.

5. Arrange the layout to make the sequence easy to follow.

DFD Kit helps you represent the flow of information in a structured manner. It is useful for explaining process logic, documenting interactions, reviewing workflows, or designing systems that rely on data movement.

1. Click Export.

2. Select the DFD frame.

3. Download it as PNG or PDF.
