Managing Zones
You can manage all your Zones from the Zones pane. This pane lets you add, search, reorder, rename, duplicate, move, or delete Zones.
To open the Zones pane
Click the Zone name dropdown at the top of the Space.
Add a new Zone
Click + New Zone in the Zones pane.
Search for a Zone
Click the search icon in the Zones pane to find a specific Zone.
Reorder Zones
Hover over a Zone name and drag the reorder icon on the left to move Zones up or down.
Manage a specific Zone
Hover over any Zone name and click the ellipsis icon to view more options:
Rename – Edit the Zone name.
Copy link – Get a direct link to the Zone. Anyone with access can open the Space directly in that Zone.
Duplicate – Make a copy of the Zone. Note: Comments from the original Zone will not be copied to the new Zone.
Move to another Space – Transfer the Zone to an existing Space or create a new one.
Move to trash – Send the Zone to Trash. You can restore it or delete it permanently from the listing page. Zones in Trash will be auto-deleted after 30 days.
