In Vani, every canvas you work on inside a Space is a Zone. When you create a new Space, it starts with one default Zone—it's the first thing you see. You can add more Zones as your work grows, giving you more room to structure content and collaborate without needing multiple Spaces.
Each Zone is an infinite canvas. You can use them to:
Separate different parts of a project into focused sections
Create alternate versions of the same plan or design
Collaborate with different teams or individuals on specific parts of a Space
For example, a marketing campaign Space can have:
A Zone for the marketing team to brainstorm ideas
A shared Zone for marketing and design teams to co-create visuals
A final review Zone shared only with stakeholders, like managers
Zones let you keep everything in one place while still controlling who sees what.
Zones can be renamed, reordered, duplicated, and moved across Spaces. You can also manage access to each Zone using Zone access settings.
