Billing and plan FAQs

1. What if my payment failed or did not go through  ?

If your payment does not go through, it may be due to bank restrictions, insufficient balance, or a temporary issue with the payment gateway.

Try the following:

  • Make sure your payment method supports online and international payments.

  • Try a different payment option.

  • Check your internet connection.


2. How do I add users?  

To add people to your team:

  1. Click your profile icon in Vani.

  2. Go to SettingsTeam Settings.

  3. Select Invite People.

  4. Enter their email and choose a role (Member or Admin).

  5. Send the invite.


You can invite users based on the licenses available in your account.


3. How do I remove users?  

To remove a user:

  1. Go to Team Settings.

  2. Hover over the user's name.

  3. Click the three dot menu.

  4. Choose Remove from Team or Deactivate.


Once removed, the user will no longer have access to team Spaces or shared content.


4. What happens when a user is removed?  

Removed users lose access to all team Spaces and shared content.

Product will ask to assign the content of the user to other users if not it will be in unassigned spaces, it will be listed only to super admin and admin.


5. What happens after my 30-day trial ends?

After the 30-day free trial ends, your account will automatically move to the Free plan if you do not upgrade. You will still have access to your data, but paid features will lock until you subscribe to a paid plan.


6. What happens to my Spaces after a cancellation?  

When your plan changes from paid to Free:

  • Spaces created under the paid plan can no longer be shared with specific members of the team.

  • The creator of the Space can still have access to their content.

 

7. Who can manage billing and plans?  

Only the Super Admin can manage billing and subscription settings in Vani. There can only be one Super Admin. If the Super Admin assigns someone else as Super Admin, billing ownership tra1nsfers automatically to that person.


8. Where do I manage my subscription?  

Subscription management begins inside Vani under the account settings.

For certain billing actions (payment, invoices, plan changes), you will be redirected to the Zoho Store.
