The Vani–Zoho Mail integration allows you to access your Vani Spaces within Zoho Mail and share them as links in your emails. This helps you add visual context to email conversations without switching between applications.

How the Vani–Zoho Mail integration works  

Vani is available as an extension inside Zoho Mail through the eWidget panel. Using this integration, you can view the Vani Spaces you have access to and insert them into emails as shareable links.

Recipients can open the shared Vani Space based on the access permissions configured for that Space.

Accessing Vani inside Zoho Mail  

1. Open Zoho Mail.

2. On the right-side menu of the Zoho Mail interface, click the toggle eWidget icon.

3. From the list of available extensions, select Vani.

4. The Vani extension opens within the Zoho Mail interface.

5. You can also pin Vani to the extension list for quick access in future sessions.

Attaching Vani spaces to an email  

Once Vani is opened inside Zoho Mail, a list of Vani spaces that you have access to is displayed. Only spaces where you have the required permissions are shown, and the list reflects your current access rights in Vani. To share a space, compose a new email or reply to an existing one, open the Vani extension using the toggle eWidget panel, select the Vani space you want to share, and click Attach. The selected space will be added to the email editor automatically as a shareable link.

Sending the email  

After the Vani Space link is added, you can include additional message content if required, then send the email as usual. Recipients can access the Vani space directly from the link, based on their permissions.
