Vani integration with Zoho WorkDrive

The Vani–Zoho WorkDrive integration allows you to add files from your WorkDrive account directly into your Vani Spaces. This makes it easy to bring documents, visuals, and media stored in WorkDrive into your collaborative workSpaces.

How the Vani–Zoho WorkDrive integration works  

With this integration, you can upload files from Zoho WorkDrive into a Vani Space without downloading them locally. Supported file types include images, videos, and PDF files.

Files are added directly from your personal WorkDrive folders into the selected Vani Space.


Adding files from Zoho WorkDrive to a Vani space  

  1. Open the Vani space where you want to add files.

  2. Select the type of file format (images, audio, video, or file) you want to insert inside the space.

  3. Go to the upload section within the space and click the cloud upload icon next to the upload button.

  4. From the file source options, select WorkDrive.

  5. Browse your personal Zoho WorkDrive folders.

  6. Select the images, videos, or PDF you want to add.

The selected files are added directly to the Vani space.




Note: Zoho Writer, and Zoho Sheet files from WorkDrive can be embedded directly in the Space and support live editing, depending on your permissions.
