What is File, Media, and Content Upload in Vani

Bringing external content into your Space

Bring your work from outside sources directly into Vani and collaborate with your team. You can upload files, add media, or embed live content from other apps.


Uploading files  

Bring in documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and diagrams directly into your Space.




To upload files:

  1. Open the Upload panel from the left toolbar.
  2. Go to the Files tab.
  3. Choose to upload from your computer or import from connected storage like Zoho WorkDrive or OneDrive.

Uploading media  

Add images, GIFs, videos, audio clips, or voice notes to your Space. All media is stored in the Media Library for reuse across Zones.




To upload media:
  1. Open the Upload panel from the left toolbar.
  2. Go to the Media tab and choose Images, Audio, or Video.
  3. Upload from your computer or connected platforms.

Embedding from Other Platforms  

Embed content from external apps so your team can view live documents, designs, or media without leaving Vani.


To embed content:

  1. Click Embed from the left toolbar.
  2. Paste the embed link from your chosen platform.
  3. The content will appear instantly in your Space.

Vani supports a wide range of platforms, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Figma, YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, Zoho, and more.
