How to import media and embed files in Vani?

Importing files into your Space

Easily bring in your work from outside directly into Vani and collaborate with your team. Upload your media files to Vani by accessing the Media Library on the toolbar. Here, you'll be able to add images, videos, GIFs, audio clips, and directly record and upload voice notes into your Space.



Using the Embed feature, you can also import ideas from other applications and platforms to your Space. To embed your files, simply click 'Insert Embed' on the toolbar and paste the embed link. Vani supports embeds from a wide range of applications such as Google, Microsoft, Figma, Vimeo, Zoho, Spotify, YouTube, and more.
