How to update your payment method
You can update your payment method directly from your Vani account. The process begins inside Vani and continues in the Zoho Store, where all billing information is managed.
How to update your payment method
Open Vani, click your profile icon, then go to Settings → Plan and Billing.
Click Manage under your current plan to open the Zoho Store.
If your payment method requires an update, you will see an Update Payment Method prompt on the Zoho Store home page. Click it to continue.
If the prompt is not displayed, open the Your Store Details dropdown and select Billing Details to access your saved payment methods.
Choose the payment method you want to update, enter the new details, and save the changes.
Once updated, all active subscriptions linked to this payment method will automatically use the new billing information.
Deleting a payment method
You can delete any saved payment method that is no longer needed.
Important notes before deletion
If the payment method is linked to active subscriptions, you cannot delete it
You must cancel any associated subscriptions and wait until they become inactive before deletion is allowed.
How to delete a payment method
Go to the Payment Methods section.
If the payment method is linked only to inactive subscriptions, you can remove it using the Inactive Payment Method option.
Invoices
Where to download your invoices
To access invoices:
Open Vani.
Go to Settings → Plan and Billing.
Click Manage under your current plan to open the Zoho Store.
Open the Your Store Details menu.
Select Billing Details.
Select Your Transaction History.
Download the needed invoice using the PDF icon.
