Starting a Catchup
You can start a Catchup any time you’re inside a Space.
Start a Catchup
Click the Start Catchup button in the bottom-right corner of the Space. The Catchup Settings window will open.
Adjust Catchup settings
Before you begin, you can:
Select your devices: Pick your preferred microphone and camera.
Choose your look: Go to the Visual Effects tab to apply filters or background styles.
Mute or disable video: You can join with audio only or stay muted until you're ready.
Click Let’s go to enter the Catchup.
Notify your Spacemates
Catchups are spontaneous, but you can invite others to join:
Go to the Spacemates pane (via the Share button).
Hover over any Spacemate’s name.
Click Notify to send an email and in-app notification.
Teammates can join at any time. If they’re in the Space, they’ll see an ongoing Catchup banner inviting them to hop in.
