Templates in Vani help you get started faster by providing ready-made structures for common use cases. Choose from ready-made layouts so you can focus on adding your ideas.


Templates are especially useful for team sessions like project planning, brainstorming, retrospectives, or meetings, because they save time, ensure consistency, and guide collaboration with a clear structure.



How to insert a template  

To insert a template inside a Space:

  1. Click Templates in the left toolbar.
  2. Browse templates and select one that fits your use case.

 

To create a Space with a new template:

  1. Go to the listing page.
  2. Click All templates from the left pane.
  3. Browse through the available templates and click Use template on the one that fits your use case.

A new Space will be created with your selected template.

Vani offers a wide variety of pre-built templates organized into categories, including:
