What are Zones in Vani? How to manage Zones?

Zones

Every Space comes with an option to create Zones. With each Zone, you get a new infinite canvas and more room to work on ideas. You can create up to 25 Zones within a single Space and add related content.

 

Managing Zones 

You can manage Zones by opening the Zones pane. Click the drop-down menu near the Zone name to open it.

  • Add new Zone - Click the Create New Zone icon near the Zone name or open the Zones pane and use the Create New Zone button to add a new Zone.

  • Search for a Zone - Use the Search for Zones box available on the Zones pane to find the required Zone. Note that the Zone search box will only be available when there are four or more Zones in a single Space.

In the Zones pane, hover over any Zone and click the ellipsis icon to open more options to manage specific Zones.

  • Rename - Click the Zone name in the top bar, or click Rename in the options to edit the existing name.

  • Open the Zone in a different tab - Click Open in new tab to open a Zone in a new tab on the browser.

  • Copy link - Click Copy Link in the options to copy the link of a Zone.

  • Duplicate a Zone - Click Duplicate in the options to duplicate a Zone. Duplicating a Zone will not duplicate the comments in the original Zone.

  • Delete a Zone - Click Delete in the options to delete a Zone.
