Select
You can select an object by clicking on it.
To select multiple objects, click and drag the selection box over the objects.
Quick Access Toolbar
When you select an object, a small Quick Access Toolbar appears near it.
This toolbar includes three core actions:

- Add Reaction
These options provide quick ways to annotate, link, or react to objects during collaboration.
Format options
For more detailed formatting, click Format from the right toolbar. This opens the Format options panel on the right.
The available options vary depending on the selected object, but common ones include:
- Group and Ungroup objects
- Align objects
- Move layers forward or backward
- Distribute objects
- Flip
- Rotate
- Change Width
- Change Height
You can close the panel at any time by clicking Minimize format in the top-right corner.
Pop-up Menu
Right-click anywhere on the Space or on any object to open the pop-up menu.
The options include
- Cut
- Copy
- Paste
- Duplicate
- Delete
- Copy link to selection
- Add comment
- Frame this selection
- Download as PNG or PDF
- Arrange layers
When you right-click on an empty area of the Space, you’ll also find options like the Hand Tool and Paste.
