Embedding content in your Space

You can enrich your Space by embedding content from external apps. Embeds allow you to bring in references, inspirations, and live documents without leaving Vani. This makes it easier for your team to view and interact with relevant resources while collaborating.



How to embed content  

  1. Click Embed from the left toolbar.
  2. Paste the embed link into the dialog box.
  3. Your content will be embedded directly into the Space.

Embed Supported platforms

Vani supports embedding from a wide range of apps that provide public embed links. Some commonly used platforms include:Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Figma, Vimeo, Zoho, Spotify, YouTube, and many more.
