Importing Lucidchart or Lucidspark files into Vani

You can bring your Lucidchart diagrams and Lucidspark boards into Vani to continue working visually without recreating your content.

Export files from Lucidchart or Lucidspark

Before importing into Vani, export your files from the original platform.

From Lucidchart

  1. Open your diagram in Lucidchart.
  2. Click Export.
  3. Select Visio (VSDX) as the export format.
Idea
Exporting in the .vsdx format provides the best editing support when working with the imported file in Vani.

From Lucidspark

  1. Open your board in Lucidspark.
  2. Click Export.
  3. Select PDF as the export format.

Import files into Vani

  1. Go to the Vani Spaces listing page.
  2. Click Import.

  3. Select Lucid from the options
  4. Drag and drop your exported file, or click Browse files and select your file.

  5. The file will be imported as a new Space.
You can open the imported Space and continue collaborating in Vani.
