Vani integration with Zoho Show

The Vani–Zoho Show integration allows you to embed Vani Spaces directly into your presentation slides. This helps you add live visual context to presentations without switching between tools.

How the Vani–Zoho Show integration works

Vani is available as an add-on inside Zoho Show. Once added, you can access your Vani Spaces and embed them directly into presentation slides.

You can choose how the embedded Space is shared, depending on who should be able to view it.

Accessing Vani inside Zoho Show

  1. Open Zoho Show.

  2. In the top menu bar, click Add-ons.

  3. From the list of available add-ons, select Vani.

If Vani is not listed:
  1. Click the Add-on Store option at the bottom of the add-ons list.

  2. Search for Vani and click Install.

Once selected, Vani is added to your add-ons list.

Vani spaces available in Zoho Show

After opening the Vani add-on, a list of Vani spaces you have access to is displayed. Only spaces where you have the required permissions are shown, and the list reflects your current access rights in Vani.

Embedding a Vani Space in a presentation

  1. Open the slide where you want to embed the Vani Space.

  2. Open the Vani add-on from the add-ons menu.

  3. Select the Vani Space you want to embed.

  4. Choose one of the following embed options.

  • Embed in presentation
This option embeds the Space and only users who already have access to the Space can view the embed.

  • Share externally and embed
This option shares the Space externally, making it accessible to anyone on the internet, and then embeds it into the slide.

Select the option that best suits your sharing requirements.
Note: Sharing a space externally is allowed only for spacemates with the required permissions. To learn more about permission levels and sharing controls, refer to the permissions article.
