When you downgrade your business plan, some changes are made to how teams and users are handled in your account.
These changes ensure that your setup fits within the limits of the new plan.
What changes when you downgrade

Only one team remains active
After downgrading, only one team will remain active in your account. All other teams will be moved to Archive.
Other teams are archived, not deleted
Other teams are moved to the Archive section, along with their Spaces and members. You can review and take action on them later.
Your data is still safe
Archived teams and users are not lost.
You can:
- Move their content to your active team
- Add users back to your team
- Delete them if no longer needed
Where to find archived teams and users
Go to Settings and select Archive.
From here, you can:
- View archived users
- View archived teams
- Move or delete teams
- Add users to team or remove them from the organization
Restore your teams automatically
If you upgrade your plan again, your archived teams can be restored automatically.
