Vani Pricing Plans Explained | Free, Team & Business Plans

Vani plans overview

What are the available plans and who are they for?

Vani offers flexible plans for individuals, teams, and growing businesses. You can start on the Free plan and upgrade anytime as your collaboration needs, or data usage grows. Each plan is designed to provide the tools you need based on your stage and scale. The Free plan helps you get started with essential creation and collaboration features. The Team plan supports growing teams with advanced sharing, data management, and integration capabilities.

Free Plan

The Free plan is ideal for individuals or teams trying out Vani and exploring core creation and collaboration features. You can create and work in Spaces, use creator tools, and invite your team to collaborate, with a few sharing and upload limits.

Team Plan

The Team plan is designed for growing teams that need advanced sharing, collaboration, and structured data. It unlocks external sharing, full version history, and higher file limits.

Business Plan

The Business plan is designed for organizations that need advanced control over data, teams, and collaboration at scale. It enables centralized management across multiple teams, along with enhanced sharing, permission controls, and deeper integrations.

With the Business plan, you can:

  • Manage multiple teams under a single organization

  • Configure organization-level policies for external sharing and access

  • Control download permissions for both internal and external users

  • Enable advanced database capabilities for structured workflows

  • Integrate with external tools and business applications more deeply

This plan is ideal for organizations that require tighter control over how data is accessed, shared, and managed across teams, while still supporting flexible collaboration.

Free trial: what’s included and what happens after it ends

Vani offers a 30-day free trial for new users. During the trial, you get access to paid features so you can fully explore the product before subscribing. When the 30-day trial ends, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan if you do not upgrade. You will still have access to your data, but paid features will no longer be available unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
