Create a flowchart with Vani AI
Flowcharts help you visualize steps, decisions, and outcomes in a process. They’re useful for mapping workflows, planning projects, or explaining systems in a clear sequence.
Vani AI makes it easy to create clean, professional flowcharts using simple prompts ideal for visualizing processes quickly.
How to create a flowchart
Click the Vani AI icon from the left toolbar.
Select Flowchart under the Create section.
Type a short description of the flowchart you want to create.
Example: “Create a flowchart for the employee onboarding process”Click the Ask Vani AI button to start the creation.
Preview it using the eye icon.
If you’d like to make changes, type your updated instructions in the text box and click the button with Ask Vani AI to regenerate it.
Click Add to Zone to add the flowchart to your Space once you are satisfied with the results.
Note: Creating or regenerating a flowchart uses AI credits.How to edit the flowchart
After adding the flowchart to your Zone, you can:
Click on any step to rename or edit it.
Rearrange blocks or connectors for clarity.
Relabel connectors as needed.
Add, remove, or adjust steps to match your process.
Prompt tips
Be clear: “Flowchart showing customer onboarding process”
Add flow direction or decision cues: “Include yes/no decision points”
Avoid vague prompts like “make a flowchart” without context.
