Vani AI helps you instantly generate written content from simple prompts. Whether you’re drafting ideas, writing notes, or creating text for a project, it can turn short descriptions into clear, ready-to-use content.

How to generate content  

1. Click the Vani AI icon from the left toolbar.

2. Select Content under the create section.

3. Type a prompt describing what you want written.
   Example: “Write a short paragraph on the importance of teamwork”

4. Click the Ask Vani AI button to start the creation.

5. Preview the output using the eye icon.

6. If you’d like to make changes, type your updated instructions in the text box and click the button with Ask Vani AI to regenerate it.

7. Click Add to Zone to add the flowchart to your Space once you are satisfied with the results.
   

Note: Creating or regenerating content uses AI credits.

How to edit the content  

Once added to your Zone, you can:

• Edit the text directly to fine-tune tone or length.

• Format it for emphasis or readability.

• Combine or link it with other elements in your space.

Prompt tips  

• Use descriptive prompts: “Write a 2-line summary of agile methodology”

• Add style hints: “Write a professional paragraph about time management”

• Specify tone or purpose for better alignment. 

Note: Each creation or regeneration consumes AI credits, so review before regenerating.
