Summarize content with Vani AI

Vani AI can quickly condense your workspace content into clear and concise summaries. It’s perfect for capturing key points from discussions, documents, or brainstorming sessions.

 

How to summarize content  

  1. Click the Vani AI icon from the left toolbar.

  2. Select Summarize under the Work section

  3. Choose what you want to summarize:

  • Entire Zone – Summarizes all content in your space.

  • Selected elements – Summarizes only the elements you pick.

  • Text input – Type the names of frames/elements or describe what you want summarized.

  1. Click the Ask Vani AI button with the white arrow to generate the summary.

  2. Preview it using the eye icon, and click Add to Zone to include it in your Space.


NotesNote: Generating summaries uses AI credits.

How to edit the summary  

After adding the summary to your Zone, you can:

  • Edit the text to add missing details or adjust tone.

  • Merge multiple summaries into a single version.

  • Use formatting to highlight key ideas.


Prompt tips  
  • Give focus: “Summarize the discussion about project milestones.”

  • Use clarity: “Summarize only the tasks section of this space.”

  • Avoid generic prompts like “summarize everything.”

Edge cases and limits  

  • Long or highly visual content may result in partial summaries.

  • Summarizing an entire Zone can take longer to process.

  • Each summary generation consumes AI credits.
