Understanding team roles and privileges in Vani

Every team in Vani comes with three types of roles: Super Admin, Admin, and Member. Each role has a specific set of privileges for managing the team, inviting users, and accessing advanced settings.

How roles are assigned

  • The person who creates the team automatically becomes the Super Admin.

  • All other users added to the team can be assigned as Admins or Members.

  • Super Admins and Admins can change the roles of other admins or members later through Team Settings.

Notes
Note: Admins can not change the role of a Super Admin.
Info
To view or manage teammates, go to Team settings from the drop-down next to your team name in the top-left corner.
