Switching between teams in Vani
If you're part of multiple teams in Vani, you can easily switch between them anytime from your listing page.
How to switch teams
To switch between teams, click your current team name in the top-left corner of the listing page. Once selected, the listing page will refresh to show the Spaces and teammates in that team.
Identifying pending team invites
If someone has invited you to join another team, you’ll see a small number badge next to your team name in the top-left corner, indicating pending invites.
When you open the teams list, click Pending team invite to open the list. For each invite, click Accept to join or Decline if you don’t want to join. After accepting, the new team will be added to your team list in the dropdown
You can join or switch between teams anytime. There’s no limit to how many teams you can be a part of.
What changes when you switch teams?
Each team is a separate workspace with its own:

Permissions

Billing plan
When you switch to another team:

Your view updates to show only the content relevant to that team

Your role (Admin, Member, or Super Admin) may vary depending on what was assigned in that specific team
