Vani integrates directly with Zoho Projects to bring visual collaboration into your project flow. You can associate Vani Spaces with projects, tasks, issues, and phases, and work in them without switching between tools.
This keeps planning, discussions, and visual context connected to the items you are actively working on in Zoho Projects.
What this integration lets you do
With Vani inside Zoho Projects, you can:
Associate Vani Spaces with projects, tasks, issues, and phases
- Create new Spaces or add existing ones from within Zoho Projects
- Open and collaborate in Spaces directly from within your projects
- Keep discussions, diagrams, and planning tied to real project work
All collaboration happens live. Any changes made in a Space are reflected instantly for everyone working in it.
Where you’ll see Vani in Zoho Projects
Once your Vani account is connected with Zoho Projects, Vani appears as a tab in multiple places:
At the project level
When you open a project, Vani is available as one of the project tabs. From here, you can associate Spaces that are relevant to the entire project and access them anytime.
At the task, issue, and phase level
Vani is also available as a tab when you open individual tasks, issues, or project phases. This allows you to associate Spaces that are specific to a particular piece of work and collaborate in context.
Working with Vani Spaces
From any Vani tab in Zoho Projects, you can:
Associate one or more existing Spaces
- Create a new Space and associate it immediately
- Open Spaces and collaborate in real time
You can also pin a specific Space so it opens by default when the Vani tab is accessed. This is useful when a particular diagram or flow needs immediate focus.
Within Vani itself, you can set a default view for a Space. This controls which area of the canvas users see first when they open it.
Who this integration is useful for
The Vani–Zoho Projects integration is useful for teams that rely on visual collaboration, including project managers, product teams, developers, designers, and cross-functional teams that plan and discuss work visually.
