Creating an organization

You can create an organization in Vani to work with multiple teams and Spaces. Organizations are available in the Business plan.
You can create an organization either while signing up or later from within Vani.

Create an organization during signup

If you choose the Business plan while signing up, you can create your organization as part of the setup.

After entering your details on the signup page:
  1. Choose the Business plan.
  2. Enter your organization name.
  3. Enter your team name.
  4. Click Continue.


Once completed, you will be taken to your team’s listing page, where you can start creating and working in Spaces.

Create an organization from inside Vani

If you have not created an organization yet, you can create one from inside Vani at any time.
  1. Click the dropdown next to your organization name in the top-left corner.
  2. Click Create your organization.
  3. Choose the Business plan if prompted.
  4. Enter your organization name.
  5. Enter your team name.
  6. Click Continue.
You will be taken to your team’s listing page under the organization, where you can start creating and working in Spaces.
