Spacemates and access permissions
When you invite teammates to work together in a Space, they will be added as Spacemates. Here’s a quick look at what each role can do:

Owner: The creator of the Space. They can add Spacemates as organizers, editors, commenters, or viewers. Owners can create, edit, comment on, and delete the Space.

Organizer: Oversees Space permissions and manages Zone access for Spacemates. Organizers have all owner abilities except deleting the Space.

Editor: Can create, modify, and comment on all objects in the Space.

Commenter: Can view the Space and interact through comments. Commenters cannot add new content but can duplicate the Space.

Viewer: Can only view the Space, but still has the option to duplicate it.
Updating access for existing Spacemates
In the Collaborator pane, go to the Spacemate's name and click the dropdown menu on the right to change their role.
Additional tips

Commenters and Viewers can duplicate the Space, but their version will not carry over existing Spacemates or comments.

If someone is added both individually and through Share with Team, the higher access level will apply.
