How Billing works in Vani

How Billing works in Vani

Billing model

Vani uses a simple per user subscription model. You pay based on the number of users in your workspace. Billing can be monthly or annually. Annual plans offer a lower price per user. You can add or remove users any time, and charges adjust automatically.

Per user pricing

You pay based on the number of users in your workspace. Charges automatically reflect the total number of licenses in your subscription.

Monthly vs annual billing

You can subscribe to Vani on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Monthly billing renews every month on the same date as your purchase. Annual billing renews once every 12 months and provides a discounted price per user.

What happens when you add or remove users mid cycle?

If you add users during a billing cycle, charges are prorated based on the remaining duration of the cycle. Removing users frees up license seats which can be reused.

Billing cycles and charges

When are you billed? Upfront or later?

Your subscription renews automatically unless you choose to cancel before the renewal date. You can view your next billing date at any time from your settings

Refunds for mid cycle changes

If you are on an annual plan and decide to cancel your subscription in the middle of the billing cycle, the used months will be recalculated based on the monthly plan rate. The amount for the used months is deducted, and the remaining balance from your original annual payment will be credited back to you.
