Creating a new Space in Vani
In Vani, every project, idea, or plan begins with a Space. You can create a Space from the listing page, while inside another Space, or using a ready-made template.
Creating a Space from the listing page
The listing page is the first thing you see after logging into Vani. It shows all your existing Spaces and lets you create new ones.
To create a new Space:
-
-
Make sure the correct team is selected (switch teams using the dropdown beside the team name).
-
Click Create Space in the top-right corner.
Creating a Space from inside another Space
You can also create a new Space while working inside an existing one.
-
Click the down arrow next to the Vani logo on the top bar to open the Space menu.
-
Select New Space.
This opens a brand new Space in a separate tab.
Creating a new Space using a template
Vani offers pre-made templates to help you get started quickly, whether you're planning a brainstorm, running a campaign, or building a flow.
To create a Space with a template:
-
From the listing page, click All Templates in the bottom-left corner.
-
Hover over you preferred template from the available list, then click Use Template.
This creates a new Space preloaded with the template.
Note: You can also add templates to existing Spaces later.
