Data use and safety with Vani AI

Control:

  1.  Only admins can enable or disable the AI feature for the entire team.

Data Privacy

  1.  Generated content may be processed externally by AI systems to create results. Always review sensitive or confidential information before sharing it within your Space.

General best practices

  1. Keep prompts and results safe and appropriate for your team.
  2. Avoid entering sensitive or confidential information when using AI.
  3. Review AI-generated results before sharing or publishing them.
  4. Follow your organization’s internal data-handling policies.

External Sharing:

  1. Admins can control whether external sharing is allowed for all Spaces in the team. If disabled, no Space can be shared publicly outside the organization.
