How to enable Vani AI for your team

Setting up Vani AI for your organization

Vani AI must be enabled at the team level by an admin before anyone can use it. Once enabled, all teammates in your organization can access AI features across Spaces and Zones.

Enable Vani AI

To enable Vani AI:
  1. Navigate to Settings → Team settings → Policy.
  2. Turn on Let your organization use Vani AI.
  3. Review and agree to the AI usage and privacy terms.
Admins can disable or re-enable this option at any time. Once enabled, the AI panel becomes available to all teammates.
