How Vani AI credits work

Understanding AI credits and usage

Vani AI works on a credit-based system. Each AI generation, whether creating a mind map, flowchart, or content, consumes a certain number of credits.

How credits work

  1. Free plan: One shared pool of credits for the entire team.
  2. Team plan: Credits are allocated per teammate and pooled together. The combined total can be used by anyone on the team.
The number of credits consumed depends on the size and complexity of each AI request.


When credits run out

  1. AI generation will be paused until more credits are available.
  2. To request additional credits, contact support@vanihq.com.
  3. Direct credit purchase is not available at the moment.
