Once you’ve created your team in Vani, you can invite others to collaborate with you.
You can do this right after team creation or anytime later from the listing page.
Inviting teammates
To invite teammates:

Click your team name in the top-left corner to open the drop-down.

Select Team settings.

Go to the Invite teammates section.

Enter their email addresses.

Choose their role: Admin or Member.

Click Send invite.
Invited users will receive an email with a link to join the team.
Only Admins and Super Admins can invite teammates.
What happens when someone is invited
Depending on whether or not the user already has a Vani account, the invite experience differs slightly:
If the user is new to Vani
They’ll receive an invite email prompting them to sign up. After signing up, they’ll land directly inside your team.'
If the user already has a Vani account
The user will see a pending team invite indicator in the top-left corner of their listing page. Clicking it will show all pending invites, which they can choose to Accept or Decline.
Once accepted, the team appears in their team dropdown, and they can switch to it anytime.
Managing pending invites
To view and manage the invitations you’ve sent:

Go to Team settings from the top-left dropdown.

Navigate to the Teammates tab.

Scroll down to the Invited people section.
You’ll see a list of pending invites along with their status (marked as Yet to join).
From the options menu (⋯) next to each invite, you can:
