Introduction to Vani AI

Vani AI helps you create, visualize, and summarize faster inside your Space. With AI built right into Vani, you can move from idea to visualization in seconds without switching tools.



What you can do

  1. Create a mind map from a prompt
  2. Create a flowchart from a prompt
  3. Generate content for notes or documents
  4. Summarize selected content or a broader

Vani AI currently supports the following features:

  1. Mind Map: Generate clear, connected visual maps to brainstorm, organize, and expand ideas.
  2. Flowchart: Create connected workflows or process diagrams automatically from simple prompts.
  3. Content: Draft notes, outlines, or descriptions directly inside your Space without switching tools.
  4. Summarize: Condense lengthy text, discussions, or even your entire Space into clear, concise summaries.

Who can enable it

A team admin can turn Vani AI on for the team from Settings → Team settings → Policy. Once enabled, all teammates in your organization can access AI tools across Spaces and Zones.
